On selected Saturdays in the month women young and old meeting in the church at 9:30am for a ‘Women’s Breakfast’. This gives the women a chance to chat over bacon rolls, croissants, cake and coffee whilst also exploring the Bible together. We are an active group, frequently attending conferences and events that take place both locally, such as those run by Vince and Clio at Weycroft Manor, and nationally, such as events by Carmel City Church. |

And once a year a gang of girls from South Chard travel to Leeds to be part of the huge gathering at “Cherish” Women’s Conference, where thousands of women meet at the Leeds First Direct Arena to worship God, hear from His word and meet up with friends old and new. There’s also a wide range of social and fun activities. A skittles evening, and a Body Shop and pamper evening gave everyone a chance to have their nails painted, decorate cupcakes or just eat as much of the chocolate fountain as was possible! | |
